You agree NOT to:

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit (pet profiles, photos, notes). By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.

All service content, design, features, and code are owned by Pawpals and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by OpenAI's GPT-4. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

7. Rate Limiting and Fair Use

To ensure fair access and prevent abuse, we implement rate limiting:

• AI chat: 10 requests per minute
• Location services: 20 requests per minute
• Other API endpoints: 30 requests per minute

Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

Our service integrates with third-party services:

• Reliance on AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 for free service).

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through account settings or contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal activity or fraud
• Abuse of our service or other users
• Non-payment (if applicable in future)
• Any reason, with or without cause
